1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by StageWater (“Sponsor”), located in Nashville, Tennessee.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Fender Musical Instruments Corporation, CMA Fest, or any affiliated entities.

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, contractors, affiliates, immediate family members, and household members of StageWater are not eligible to win.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on June 3, 2026 and ends on June 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM CST.

The winner will be announced on or around July 1, 2026 via StageWater social media channels.

4. How to Enter

To receive one (1) entry into the giveaway, participants must complete all of the following:

• Follow @GetStageWater on Instagram or TikTok
• Like the official giveaway post
• Tag two (2) friends in the comments of the giveaway post

Bonus Entry

Participants may receive one (1) additional bonus entry by:

• Sharing the giveaway post to their Instagram Story or TikTok Story
• Tagging @GetStageWater

Limit:

• One standard entry per person
• One bonus entry per person
• Multiple comments/tags do not count as additional entries unless otherwise stated

Entries generated by bots, automated systems, fake accounts, or fraudulent means may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• One custom StageWater branded Fender American Telecaster guitar

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $3,000

Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted except at Sponsor’s discretion.

6. Custom Guitar Production & Delivery

Winner acknowledges and agrees that the guitar is a custom-built item and may not be immediately available at the conclusion of the giveaway.

Please allow approximately 8–12 weeks for production and delivery following the conclusion of CMA Fest 2026, though actual timelines may vary.

StageWater is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturing, customization, shipping carriers, supply chain issues, or circumstances outside Sponsor’s control.

Winner understands and accepts that the final guitar may vary slightly from promotional images, renderings, or mockups.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.

Winner will be contacted via direct message from @GetStageWater within approximately 72 hours of selection.

The selected winner must respond within 72 hours of notification or Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Sponsor may require verification of eligibility before awarding the prize.

8. Publicity Release

By entering, participants grant StageWater permission to use their name, username, likeness, city/state, submitted content, and giveaway-related materials for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless StageWater, its owners, affiliates, partners, employees, contractors, and promotional partners from any claims, damages, losses, injuries, or liabilities arising out of participation in the giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize.

StageWater is not responsible for:

• Technical failures
• Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries
• Social media platform outages
• Unauthorized intervention
• Printing or typographical errors
• Shipping damage or delivery delays

10. Disqualification

StageWater reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to:

• Violate these rules
• Tamper with the entry process
• Use fake accounts or automated methods
• Engage in fraudulent or unsportsmanlike conduct

11. Privacy

Any personal information collected in connection with this giveaway will only be used for administration of the promotion and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

12. Governing Law

This giveaway shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from this promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts located in Tennessee.

13. Sponsor Rights

StageWater reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time for any reason, including fraud, technical failures, or unforeseen circumstances that impair the integrity of the promotion.
